Mentor Registration

To register as an ASMR Mentor you must follow these steps:

  1. Read the ASMR Mentoring Program Guidelines.
  2. Download the ASMR Mentor Profile template.
  3. Complete the template and save it as a pdf with any filename you like (It will be renamed automatically as part of the registration process). If you can not save the document as a pdf, you may use a free online pdf converter.
  4. Read the ASMR Mentoring Terms and Conditions.
  5. Complete the registration form below.

Once an ASMR representative has approved your registration, your log in details will be sent to the email address specified in the registration form. Approval may take up to 5 days.

Attach your profile pdf document by clicking the Browse button, selecting your document then clicking on Attach Profile.

Personal information, as defined by the legislation, about Members may only be provided if the person has authorised the ASMR to provide it for a purpose covered by the authority given.
