Mentoree Application

To register as an ASMR Mentoree you must follow these steps:

  1. Read the ASMR Mentoring Program Guidelines.
  2. Download the ASMR Mentoree Application template.
  3. Complete the application form and prepare a curriculum vitae as per the template instructions.
  4. Save the completed application page and curriculum vitae as a single pdf with any filename you like (It will be renamed automatically as part of the registration process). If you can not save the document as a pdf, you may use a free online pdf converter.
  5. Read the ASMR Mentoring Terms and Conditions.
  6. Complete the registration form below.

Once an ASMR representative has approved your application, your log in details will be sent to the email address specified in the registration form. Approval may take up to 5 days.
